Kyngswalk have all the necessary and substantial funding in place, and because of this we have the ability to act quickly and meet tight deadlines. We can work closely with landowners to agree a deal that is right for both parties, this could be any of the following – Unconditional purchase / Conditional purchase (conditional upon successful planning permission and / or other conditions) / Joint Venture agreements / Option agreements / Land promotions.
